The Raffle
Tickets to the Christmas at Cliffy’s CFA Fundraiser will go on sale from 01 November 2025. Ticket sales will conclude at 11:00am on Thursday 25 December 2025.
Our raffle is being hosted via RaffleLink. The draw will take place via RaffleLink at 5pm on Christmas Day, Thursday 25th December 2025 via a secure digital draw. Winners will be announced live on Facebook on the Cliffy’s Facebook Page. Winners will be notified on or before Saturday 27th December 2025 and announced on our website and facebook pages of Cliffy’s Emporium and the Daylesford Hotel.
Entry and Registration

Purchase of a Raffle ticket is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to all permanent residents of Victoria over the age of 18.
Incomplete entries will be ineligible. Complete entries will include a first and last name, an email address and a telephone number, at a minimum.
Winning Entries
Cliffy's Emporium (Event hosts and organisers) reserves the right to request winners to show proof of identification suitable for verification prior to the release of prizes to winners.
All winners will be notified by email by Saturday 27 December 2025, and the winners' names will be published on Cliffy's social media pages.
Fulfilment and Delivery / Collection of Prizes
Cliffy's Emporium will deliver prizes within a 10km radius of the business address within 28 days of the raffle being drawn. Beyond these limits, prize winners must collect the prize in person from 30 Raglan Street, Daylesford, Victoria 3460.
General Conditions
As at 1st November 2025, the total prize pool is valued at $14,313. Our website christmasatcliffys.com.au will be regularly updated should any new donations be offered. The names of all donors including their donations will be listed on the website as soon as they are confirmed.
Prize bundles will be allocated into a minimum of 8 prize bundles and we put the bundles together to give each lucky winner a wide range of prizes from across our region.
Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of promoting. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

If for any reason the Raffle is not capable of running as planned, including (but not limited to) tampering or any other causes beyond the control of Cliffy's Emporium, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the raffle, Cliffy's Emporium reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Raffle, subject to any direction given under state permit regulations.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, damaging weather events, civil unrest, strikes; Cliffy's Emporium may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
Cliffy's Emporium reserves the right to disqualify any person who Cliffy’s Emporium has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to interfere with the fair and proper conduct of this Raffle.
Cliffy's Emporium accepts no responsibility for any kind of loss, damage or liability suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or incurred by any of the prize-winners in relation to the prizes or the raffle, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The winners release Cliffy's Emporium, their related bodies, corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize or the promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties will not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirct loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of the prizes.
